Resource Efficiency Consider the volume of material you see in overflowing dumpsters at traditional construction sites versus the minimal waste produced by our Fully Engineered Building System. Clearly our process minimizes the use and waste of materials, thereby decreasing both the clear-cutting of forests, soil disturbance, erosion, and additional landfills, all of which negatively impact the environment. By locating our facility in nearby Ridgeland, we also minimize the number of miles our materials must be transported, also helping to conserve energy and natural resources. Materials. Throughout our homes we use durable, low-maintenance, recycled materials. Energy Efficiency. Exposure to potentially damaging weather is also decreased by our compressed construction time. That means greater energy efficiency.
