Rick Fitzer is President and Chief Executive Officer of The Fitzer Group, a Savannah master land development company. Rick is a Savannah native who began his career working for a local builder in  the  late  1970’s  and  became  a  Real  Estate  Broker  in  1985.
He founded Heritage Homes in 1989 and Genesis Designer Homes in   1998,    and  while   leading   these  companies  built  over  600
single-family homes, from entry level to luxury residences. By 2005, when he sold Genesis, Rick had built $75 million in residential homes and won the 1995-96 Savannah Homebuilders’ Builder of the Year Award along the way. In 1999, Rick assumed the role of master developer with the founding of The Fitzer Group (formerly Genesis Real Estate Group), and has developed land tracts valued at over $150 million in the greater Savannah area.
Gary Grossman is President of Forest Homes, LLC, a division of Lancaster Redevelopment Corporation, headquartered in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. A native of Lancaster County, he began his career in 1974 as a small volume builder. He entered the real estate brokerage business in 1977 with Century 21 and eleven years later was leading a six-office, 160-salesperson organization. As a homebuilder, Grossman had been a satisfied customer of Forest Homes, an engineered building systems company. He became a minority stockholder in the company in 1988, purchased the entire operation in 1984, and remains its sole stockholder. To date, he has developed 11,000+ plus residential lots and built 3,500+ plus homes. Additionally, Forest Homes now has affiliated builders in 14 states. Grossman has been extensively involved with the National Association of Homebuilders for over 20 years and has chaired and served on numerous committees including the organization’s Research Council on green building.
